Josh Moe serves as Creative Director at Sprouter Studios, leading the visual and narrative direction across projects. As a Director, Josh is hands-on in translating ideas into on-screen execution — shaping tone, pacing, performance, and composition to ensure each piece feels cohesive and intentional.

Josh works closely with producers and department leads throughout development, production, and post, bridging creative vision with real-world execution. His role often involves refining concepts, guiding on-set decision-making, and collaborating in post-production to maintain consistency from first frame to final cut.

With experience across commercial, brand, and documentary-style work, Josh brings a thoughtful, story-first approach to every project. He prioritizes clarity, authenticity, and restraint — allowing the work to feel cinematic without losing its grounding or purpose.
